Tri Camp

February - May; Tues/Thur/Sun, 2- to 3-hr. Sessions

Learn to swim, bike and run an entire triathlon with a smile on your face! Whether you're new to the sport, want to set a personal record (PR) or go for the podium in your age group (like previous tri camp athletes), this camp is for you. We invite you to come dip your toes in the tri world and get hooked! 

In this class you'll build your fitness with triathlon-specific workouts, develop efficient techniques in all three sports and learn time and energy-saving transition tricks — all with the support of an experienced triathlon coach and personal trainer. 

The group environment focuses on having fun while using the leading sports science, such as Wahoo Smart Trainers, that help you meet performance gains like never before. 

What to expect: 
Tuesday and Thursday: Triathlon-specific bike workouts on a Wahoo Smart Trainer at Fall Line Fitness, 5-6:30pm. Bring your own bike.  

Sunday: Swim workout at APU pool, 2-3pm, followed by Spin workout at Fall Line, 3:30-5pm.

Appropriate for:
  • Gold Nugget Triathlon Participants
  • Beginning and Intermediate Triathletes
  • Other athletes interested in cross-training (swim/bike/run).
  • Masters (35+) Athletes
