A born-and-raised Alaskan and 2001 Dimond High graduate, Justin Neff became a certified personal trainer in 2004 and ran his own fitness studio from 2008 - 2022. Over the years he's helped many athletes meet – and exceed – their fitness and competitive goals. In 2020 a once in a lifetime event occurred (COVID19 pandemic) that resulted in the studio closing in 2022. As a supplement during Covid Justin began race directing and timing local events and fell in love with the process.
Justin’s objective is to create an event environment that makes every participant feel important, safe, and challenged at their own level. Justin’s passion for sports is not solely about the competition, but as a way of enjoying life. He participates in several sports including: triathlons, swimming, mountain biking, road biking, cyclocross, skate skiing, hockey, trail running, table tennis, golf, and chasing his young son around.
